Waste service standards

Medway Council has a set of priorities and ways of working, which it upholds in all the work that it does.

One of Waste Services priorities is "Medway, a place to be proud of" and a measure of this is our performance in our key service areas. Read more about Medway Council's waste strategy (pdf 2,137KB).

Each year we conduct satisfaction surveys, to find out how we are doing visit our targets and values page.
