Great Lines Heritage Park

Armed Forces Day is a free public event presented by Medway Council in conjunction with the Royal School of Military Engineering.

Highlights include:

Military and veterans parade; drumhead service; have-a-go activities - including drive a digger; children's rides and assault courses; funfair*; Camp Bastion Afghanistan display and naval forces display area; Royal Engineer trades village, helicopters fly-in, bandstand entertainment; laser range; veterans’ hospitality marquee; historic military vehicles; and Beating Retreat Finale.

There will also be numerous charities and associations and much more spread over twenty acres of showground.

So please come along and support our service men and women during this celebration of all they do.

* Special £1 ride night on Friday, 23 June.

Park and ride:

Free parking is available at Chatham Dockyard. There will be a £1 charge per return journey.
