Medway Libraries has two sets of weighing scales
which are free to use. The first set of scales is at
Community Hub, and is fully wheelchair accessible.
The second set of scales are kept at Twydall Library, Community Hub Twydall.
Help and advice
The public health team offer healthy eating and weight
management advice and support at workshops at
libraries around Medway. These will be advertised as and when
Walking groups meet at various locations in Medway, including
