Others by James Herbert

Review by Lordswood Readers' Group

A compelling but disturbing and unpleasant read. Thought provoking – although the content is, at times, a very difficult read it certainly challenges beliefs and presumptions. Herbert’s descriptions and plot keep you reading. You want redemption at the end for the main character.

One member found the book dull, predictable, unbelievable and over long by at least 200 pages. Most members agreed they would not read another book by this author.
