Frindsbury Lawn Tennis Club is a non-profit members club on the outskirts of Upnor. It is affiliated to the Medway Lawn Tennis Association (MLTA) and national Lawn Tennis Association (LTA).
The club welcomes players of all ages and abilities, and are always keen to welcome new members.
