Join the hugely popular free 5km-timed run every Saturday on the Great Lines Heritage Park in Gillingham.
The Medway Parkrun is open to runners, joggers and walkers of all abilities with a focus on recreational running.
It takes place at 9am every Saturday on the Great Lines Heritage Park, starting close to the Brompton Road pedestrian entrance to the park.
It is free to enter. To pre-register and for more information visit the Parkrun website.
