Hook Meadow self-guided walk

Description
Start and finish at Walderslade Hook Meadow Library, King George Rd, Chatham, ME5 0TZ
Landmarks
  1. Start with back to Hook Meadow Library turning left into the playing field.
  2. Continue to the end of the field and turn right and head for exit gate.
  3. Proceed through gate turning left into Meadowside Walk, then right into Harptree Drive then right into Snodhurst Avenue.
  4. Immediately cross the road onto the Banks, follow the track downhill bearing right at treeline and follow track to junction with Walderslade Road.
  5. Turn left down hill, take track behind bus stop and follow track across field.
  6. Follow the hedge row to the footpath next to scout hut on Concorde Avenue entering the path once passing the building.
  7. Follow footpath uphill to Snodhurst Avenue.
  8. Turn right into Harptree Drive.
  9. Enter Meadowside Walk and into playing field entrance.
  10. Proceed into the playing field and follow footpath to Walderslade Road, turning right at the end and continue to finish at the library.
