Hearing Link's Hearing and Deaf Awareness Training courses help organisations understand the emotional challenges and practical demands faced by those living with hearing loss. This is so they can better connect with their staff, customers, volunteers and patients no matter the level of their hearing.
Hearing Awareness Training courses can be adapted to fit the needs of the organisation.
