We know Medway residents hate selfish acts and now you can help us catch the people responsible.
Our Wall of Shame campaign encourages you to report anyone you recognise illegally dumping rubbish or being a nuisance with a vehicle, so we can issue a fine or successfully prosecute.
View our CCTV images below and use our online form to identify those involved. Any information you provide can help us stamp out this anti-social behaviour in public places.
The images on this page are either owned by Medway Council or permission has been given for us to use them for the detection and prevention of crime including the identification of offenders.
They should not be used for any other purpose.
Fly-tipping
Fly-tipping is when waste is illegally dumped on roads or land. The Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) fine for fly-tipping in Medway is £750.
If you ask someone who does not have a waste carrier licence to take your rubbish away for you and they do not dispose of it correctly, you may be liable for up to a £300 FPN fine, this is known as a household duty of care fine.
Make sure you always check the waste carrier licence of anyone you are using to get rid of your rubbish.
You can report sightings of fly-tipped rubbish to us online.

Nuisance vehicles
Medway has a Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) in place for anti-social use of motor vehicles, including motorbikes and e-scooters. Find out more about the nuisance vehicles PSPO.
Behaviours such as:
- illegal car meets
- driving on any land without the landowner's permission
- using vehicles to make excessive amounts of noise, such as hooting and revving.
All of these things can impact the local community's quality of life and are viewed as anti-social behaviour.

You'll need to provide:
- the reference number of the photo (you can find this underneath each image)

What happens next
We'll investigate your report.
