Complaints and problems
Making decisions on planning matters is a public task and you do not have the right to withdraw consent.
If you think we have got something wrong or there is a reason you would prefer for something to not be included email planning.representations@medway.gov.uk.
If you need to make a complaint about the way we have processed your data, email GDPR@medway.gov.uk.
Your rights
Under the data protection law, your rights include:
- Your right to access - you have the right to ask for copies of your personal information
- Your right to rectification - you have the right to ask us to correct personal information you think is inaccurate and ask us to complete information you think is incomplete
- Your right to erase - you have the right to ask us to delete your personal information in certain situations
- Your right to restriction of processing - you have the right to ask us to restrict processing your personal information in certain situations
- Your right to object to processing - you have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain situations
- Your right to data portability - you have the right to ask us to transfer the personal information to another organisation, or to you in certain situations.
You’re not required to pay a charge for exercising your rights.
