Find your name, payment reference number and postcode on your bill
To sign up for this service you'll need to enter the:
- name of the business the business rates bill or recovery notice is addressed to
- payment reference number (also known as account number)
- postcode.
If you’ve been emailed a notification of a paperless bill, your business name and reference number will appear on the notification.
If you pay your bill through your bank account, you may also be able to find the payment reference number where the payments appear on your bank statements.
