You can contact us using a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter through the InterpretersLive! service, provided by Sign Solutions.
The video call service is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
The BSL interpreter will communicate between you and our staff member.
How to use our BSL service
- Go to the InterpretersLive! webpage for Medway Council
- Enter your name
- Select the 'Connect now' button to be connected to a video BSL interpreter.

Pre-book a BSL interpreter
You can pre-book a BSL video interpreter for a virtual appointment at any time.
To book your 60 minute appointment, email interpreterslive@signsolutions.uk.com.
You will need to give:
- your name
- the date and time you'd like an appointment.
