Rochester Christmas Market stall sizes and fees
Our hassle free, front serving stalls are made of preinstalled event marquees.
They are available to book in 3 different sizes:
- 3 metre by 3 metre stall
- 4.5 metre by 3 metre stall
- 6 metre by 3 metre stall.
Each stall fee includes:
- 4 amp socket power as standard (upgrade available, fees apply)
- standard lighting
- coconut matt flooring.
You'll also be able to close your stall at the end of each day.

Prices
The table below shows the new flat fee for a trader pitch at Rochester Christmas Market.
We have an early bird offer for applications submitted by Monday 14 April 2025.

Prices are for all 9 trading days, we do not sell individual days or sperate weekends.
Payment terms
Deposit
You will be asked to pay a £250 deposit when you apply for your pitch.
If you application is successful, this will be taken off the balance of your pitch fee.
If your application is not successful, your deposit will be refunded.
We will let you know within 2 weeks of your application if you have been successful.
Payment Plan
You can arrange a payment plan to spread the remaining pitch fee payment over 6 or 8 months.
To apply for a payment plan, email christmas.market@medway.gov.uk and tell us your application reference number.
Balance Payment
The full balance of your invoice must be paid no later than 3 October 2025.
Failure to meet your payment plan schedule or pay your full balance by this dates will result in your booking being terminated and the stall being re-let. All fees paid are non-refundable.
