Apply to be a stallholder at Rochester Christmas Market
You can apply to be a stallholder online.
What you'll need
To apply, you must have:
- public liability insurance (minimum of £5 million cover per claim)
- gas and electrical testing certificates (certificates must be no older than 1 year)
- food hygiene certificates (if applicable)
- personal license holder details (if applicable).
You will be asked to send us copies of these documents if you application is successful.
You should also read the stallholder terms and conditions and, if you are a food vendor, read the catering concessions terms and conditions.
Apply to be a stallholder
To apply, you must complete the online application and pay the £250 deposit.
After you've applied
Once we have received your application, we will contact you by email within 2 weeks to let you know if you have successfully reserved a stall.
Cancellation Policy
If you have paid your deposit or total fee for your stall, you must contact us in writing to cancel.
All payments are non refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings as a result of non-payment or false information.
