This accessibility statement applies to the Medway Council Verj.io eforms.

The eforms software is provided by a company called Verj.io (formerly ebase) but hosted by Medway Council. The eforms are used both internally by Customer Contact staff and externally by members of the public. We want as many people as possible to be able to use the eforms. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts
  • zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
  • navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
  • listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

Make your device easier to use

There are a number of customisation options for your browser and device that could help you use this website and other websites more effectively.

AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

How accessible the eforms are

We know some parts of the eforms are not fully accessible:

  • Elements must have sufficient colour contrast
  • Documents must have one main landmark
  • All page content must be contained by landmarks
  • Form elements must have a visible label
