Pay ground rent and service charges
You can pay your ground rent or service charges online.
You’ll need:
- Your reference, invoice or serial number
- The amount due
If you don’t pay
You have 30 days to pay the full amount from your payment plan. If you fail to pay on time, you’ll get two warning letters before you fall into arrears.
We could take action by:
- a court order to pay the debt
- ending the lease and repossessing the property (as a last resort)
We’ll send you a statement of your ground rent and service charges twice a year.
