HMO licence fees

HMO licence fees are:

  • £1,253.89: to licence a House in Multiple Occupation
  • £1,253.89: to change a licence holder (you must complete a new application)
  • £1,114.41: second or subsequent application
  • £130.52: for licence changes such as a change of manager
  • £701.32: to renew a licence with no significant changes
  • £796.72: to renew a licence with significant changes
  • £159.18: for a licence variation.
