Primary, infant and junior school waiting list: apply

You can use our online form to request that a child is added to a waiting list for a Medway primary, infant or junior school.

You'll be asked to confirm that you have read our waiting list support information before applying.

What you’ll need 

You’ll need the following information to apply:

  • the child's details, including name, date of birth, gender and address
  • the child's ID (as shown on the offer)
  • the name of the school offered
  • the names of the schools we should put the child's name against on the waiting list 
  • your details, as the parent or carer, including name and contact information.

What happens next

If we can offer you a place from a waiting list, we’ll contact you by email.

You'll stay on the waiting lists until we can offer you a place at your preferred school or when the waiting lists close (31 December 2024).

If you no longer want to change your child’s school, email admissions@medway.gov.uk to ask for your child to be removed from any waiting lists they are on.
