Revisit the Medway Sports Awards 2024

The Medway Sports Awards winners have been announced

Sporting stars were all in attendance at the glittering awards ceremony, sponsored by Willmott Dixon, at Rochester Corn Exchange on Friday 13 December 2024.

The prestigious awards highlight the fantastic achievements of local clubs, teams, individuals and coaches, as well as volunteers and schools. The Medway Sports Awards, organised by Medway Council, also celebrate, and shine a light on, Medway’s finest sportspeople and the dedication of everyone involved in sport in Medway.

The Medway Sports Awards also celebrate children and young people’s sporting achievements, which supports the council’s aspiration to make Medway even more child-friendly.

If residents have been inspired to take up a new sport, we would encourage them to see what's on offer.

An independent judging panel including representatives from Active Kent and Medway, University of Kent Sport, Kent Online, Rhys Wintle, Olympian Gary Smith and Paralympian Charlotte Evans MBE selected the winners below.
