Get a replacement permit if yours is lost or stolen
If your permit is lost or stolen, you must report this to us immediately by emailing parkingenquiries@medway.gov.uk.
If it has been stolen, it will help your request for a replacement if you provide a crime reference number, which we can check with the police.
We charge a £20 administration fee to replace traders permits which are registered to one specific vehicle.
We cannot replace a permit that is used in multiple vehicles. This is to prevent fraud.
If you need to replace your traders parking permit that is not registered to one specific vehicle, you must re-apply online and pay the £167 fee. The price with a Fair Traders Association discount will be £151.
