What Shared Lives offers
The Shared Lives scheme offers support to people who need it. It gives people a chance to move in, or spend time with an approved Shared Lives carer. Together they share a home, family and community life.
People supported through the scheme learn new skills, take part in different activities, and have the chance to make new friends and become more independent.
Sharing your life can enrich the lives of everyone involved, including the community around you.
