Gym and fitness at Cozenton Park
At Cozenton Park Sports Centre we have a wide range of gym facilities and equipment, as well as a variety of different classes for all fitness levels and abilities.
Our brand new gym facilities include:
- natural lighting through panoramic windows, overlooking Cozenton Park
- access to Tanita for Premier Members, the world-renowned body fat and muscle mass analyser
- TRAKK App available for all members making it easy for you to record and monitor workouts, including tracking your reps, logging your weight progression or creating your own workout
- virtual inductions through the TRAKK App
- intelligent resistance machines using the latest technology to synch with the TRAKK App to record your workouts
- treadmills with 18.5 inch bluetooth and internet enabled screens to watch your chosen TV, Netflix or music and sport channel

Fitness class and gym prices
- adult: £8.50
- senior (over 60s): £7.10 for specific classes or sessions
- one day gym pass: £13.50.
Daily centre admission fees will be added to these prices.
