Cancellation policy
Any online booking can be cancelled online if you can no longer attend, refunds will not be offered.
If you have not booked online and wish to cancel a session you need to give 24 hours' notice so we have opportunity to re-sell the space.
On the day cancellations cannot be refunded unless we are able to resell that space.
If you do not show up for a booking 3 times in one month we will operate a one-month online booking ban.
You must book your activity in advance.
