As part of the improvements on the Hoo Peninsula we are investing in our highways.
The handling arrangements set out administrative arrangements made by Medway Council for the separation of functions between persons acting for or assisting the council in its capacity as:
- Local Planning Authority (LPA) in determining proposals
- planning applicant bringing forward proposals for highways improvements on the Hoo Peninsula.
These handling arrangements are in place to ensure objectivity in discussions between the LPA and applicant to safeguard the impartiality in the LPA's decision making.
