We’re reviewing potential sites for development in our emerging Local Plan.
An up-to-date assessment of land availability is needed as part of the plan-making process. We have created an interim Land Availability Assessment (LAA) detailing sites being considered for potential development. This also includes information gathered from the call for sites consultation that closed in February 2023. The report does not show preferred sites for development at this stage.

What happens next
We welcomed comments on the LAA as part of our current consultation on the new Local Plan.
