Medway will celebrate Armed Forces Day once again at The Historic Dockyard Chatham on Saturday 28 June 2025, 10am to 5pm.
The event is a tribute to the brave men and women who serve their country.
Step into the grounds of the historic dockyard and you'll be transported through time. The site played a pivotal role in defending the nation and its history tells a captivating tale of maritime and military service.
On the day you can enjoy:
colourful military parades and displays
live bands and singers
have-a-go activities
a commemoratory service of the skill and sacrifice of our armed forces.
There's something for everyone.

If you're in the Armed Forces or Cadets you can get involved in Armed Forces Day.
Let us know if you’re interested in running an activity with public participation, or want to take part in a marching contingent in the parade or Drumhead Service.

Armed Forces Day is free, but you must book your ticket.
