Medway Council is consulting on a dog management Public Space Protection Order (PSPO).
The consultation is running from Friday, 9 August until Friday, 6 September.
The PSPO would allow us to address dog control issues, such as dog fouling and the maximum number of dogs a person can walk at one time, to help improve community safety and the local environment.
The PSPO also looks at proposed areas where dogs would not be allowed, such as children’s play areas, as well as areas where dogs must be kept on leads.
